1. About JobsCart

JobsCart is a job discovery and career information application provided by StudyEcart Technologies Pvt Ltd.

The application helps users browse job opportunities, search and filter job listings, view job-related information, save selected opportunities on their device, and visit external application pages provided by employers or other relevant sources.

JobsCart may retrieve job-related content from StudyEcart's online job resources, including content published through jobs.studyecart.in.

2. Information We Collect

The current version of JobsCart does not require registration or login and does not ask users to provide personal profile information in order to browse jobs.

Based on the current functionality of the application, JobsCart does not intentionally collect through the app:

• Names or personal profile information
• Email addresses through an in-app account system
• Phone numbers through an in-app account system
• Passwords or authentication credentials
• GPS or precise device location obtained through location permissions
• Contacts
• Photos or videos
• Payment or financial information
• Health information
• Advertising identifiers for advertising purposes

JobsCart does not request device-location permissions or read GPS location. A city, qualification, or passout year selected in the app is a search preference, not a verified location or education record. Receiving internet services may infer an approximate location from an IP address.

Search text, selected filter labels, requested job identifiers, and technical request information may be transmitted to the online services used to retrieve job listings and company logos, as explained below.

3. Internet and Network Access

JobsCart requires internet access to retrieve current job-related content and communicate with online resources used by the application.

JobsCart uses HTTPS for its app-managed network requests and is configured not to permit cleartext HTTP traffic for normal app network communication. HTTPS protects data in transit but does not prevent receiving services from processing the requests.

Like most internet services, websites and hosting infrastructure contacted by the app may process standard technical information, including IP addresses, request headers, timestamps, and server logs. The receiving providers determine their own applicable logging, retention, and processing practices.

Job Data, Search Requests and Third-Party Services

JobsCart by StudyEcart uses Blogger-hosted services, including public feeds from jobs.studyecart.in, to retrieve job listings. StudyEcart does not operate a separate JobsCart backend for collecting or storing app-user accounts, search histories, or activity logs.

When you search for jobs, select filters, or open job information, relevant search terms, job identifiers, and filter labels may be transmitted to Blogger to retrieve matching listings. JobsCart does not send a JobsCart login, advertising identifier, resume, or contact profile with these feed requests.

The application may automatically download company logos while showing job lists and details. Image sources may include employer websites, content-delivery networks, and HTTPS image addresses supplied by job publishers. These hosts receive the image request and associated technical information, such as IP addresses and request headers. A request may indicate that employer-related content was viewed, even when you do not tap an external website. Logos bundled within the app and text-based placeholders do not require an external image request.

Blogger and independent image-hosting providers may keep request logs according to their own policies and retention practices. For Google's general privacy information, see Google Privacy Policy . Employer and image-host policies may differ. StudyEcart cannot promise deletion of records controlled by independent third parties.

4. Saved Jobs and Local Storage

JobsCart allows users to save selected job opportunities for easier access later.

Saved job information is stored locally on the user's device using the application's local database. This information may include job-related details such as:

• Job title or role
• Company information
• Location
• Experience or qualification information
• Job post URL
• External application URL, when available
• Other information required to display the saved job

Saved jobs may also include job identifiers, saving timestamps, eligibility labels, and snapshots needed to display bookmarked content. JobsCart does not upload saved-job records to a StudyEcart account or server, and does not currently provide cloud-based JobsCart syncing.

Android backup or device-transfer services may copy and restore local app data depending on the device, platform, account settings, and backup availability. A previously backed-up bookmark may remain in an older platform backup after it is removed from the active app database.

Company-logo images may be cached temporarily in app memory or cache storage and removed by the app or operating system. JobsCart does not maintain a separate persistent database of typed search history.

5. How Information Is Used

Information processed by JobsCart is used to provide and operate application features, including:

• Retrieving and displaying job opportunities
• Searching and filtering job listings
• Displaying job details
• Saving selected jobs locally
• Opening relevant job application pages
• Opening the original StudyEcart job post when requested
• Maintaining application reliability and security

6. Advertising and Analytics

The current version of the JobsCart Android application does not contain an advertising SDK and does not display in-app advertising.

The current version also does not include Firebase Analytics or another third-party analytics SDK for tracking user activity inside the application. However, services receiving network requests may independently process request information under their own policies. Websites opened in a browser may use cookies, advertising, or analytics.

If advertising, analytics, or similar technologies are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated as required.

7. External Job Application Links

JobsCart may provide an Apply Now option that opens an external employer, recruitment, or job application website using the user's browser or another appropriate application.

Once you leave JobsCart and access an external website, the external site's own privacy policy, terms, cookies, data collection practices, and security practices apply.

StudyEcart does not control how independent third-party employers, recruitment platforms, or external websites collect or process information that users choose to provide directly to them.

8. Original StudyEcart Job Posts

JobsCart may provide a View Original Post option that opens the corresponding job-related page on a StudyEcart website.

Web pages opened outside the JobsCart application may use their own website technologies and may be subject to additional website privacy practices.

9. Job Information and Third-Party Content

JobsCart is an information and job-discovery platform. Job opportunities may originate from or refer users to employers, recruitment platforms, career websites, or other external sources.

Job availability, eligibility requirements, recruitment processes, deadlines, compensation information, and other details may be changed by the relevant employer or source.

Users should verify important recruitment information on the employer's official application page before applying or providing personal information.

10. Data Sharing

JobsCart does not currently operate an in-app account system, advertising platform, or analytics system that sells or shares user personal information for advertising purposes.

JobsCart sends job-feed requests to Blogger and may automatically request company-logo images from independent employer, publisher, or content-delivery hosts. These transfers can occur without opening an external website. The app does not attach a JobsCart account profile or saved-job database to logo requests.

When users intentionally open an external job application or website, they communicate directly with that third-party service. Information subsequently submitted to that service is governed by the third party's own privacy practices. Not all external image hosts are contracted service providers acting on StudyEcart's instructions.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Saved Jobs are stored locally for application functionality and may remain on the device until the user removes the saved item, clears the application's local data, or uninstalls the application, subject to Android device and backup behavior.

You can remove individual bookmarks in the Saved section or clear JobsCart's app data through Android Settings. Uninstalling the app removes active local app data, subject to Android backup and restore behaviour. Platform backups have separate settings and retention. These actions do not delete network requests or logs already retained by Blogger or independent image hosts.

JobsCart does not provide a user account or cloud profile containing saved jobs. StudyEcart does not operate a separate app-activity-log database. Blogger and external image providers determine the retention of any logs they control; StudyEcart cannot specify or guarantee their deletion periods. Requests concerning information held independently by other providers may need to be directed to those providers.

If account-based or cloud storage features are introduced in the future, appropriate controls and retention/deletion information will be provided and this policy will be updated.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to design and operate JobsCart with security in mind. The application uses HTTPS for its configured network communication and validates relevant external URLs before opening them where supported by the application's implementation.

However, no application, internet transmission, device, or external website can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Children's Privacy

JobsCart is designed as a job and career information service and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.

We do not knowingly use the current JobsCart application to collect personal information from children through a JobsCart account or profile system.

14. Permissions Used by JobsCart

The current application does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, phone-call, or storage/media permissions as part of its normal JobsCart functionality.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when JobsCart features, technologies, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change.

When the policy is updated, the revised version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be changed accordingly.

Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
